All refunds will be processed in 30 days after the completion of the conference according to the following:
- Full Refund: Cancellations made on or before 15th November 2025
- 50% Refund: Cancellations made between 16th November 2025 and 31st March 2026
- 25% Refund: Cancellations made between 1st April 2026 and 31st October 2026
- No Refund: For cancellations made after 23:59 (IST), 31st October 2026
